Rachel Duvall

Rachel DuvallPersonal Trainer Rachel Duvall earned her Bachelor of Science degree in health and physical education, with a minor in nutrition, from Montclair State University. She is a certified teacher through the State of New Jersey, with certification in CPR/AED through the American Red Cross. Along with personal training, Rachel is a soccer, basketball, and softball coach for all age groups.

With enthusiasm and genuine concern, Rachel Duvall helps members achieve fitness goals, despite any obstacles. She specializes in helping clients reach and maintain a healthy weight and increase strength. Her background as a coach and athlete make her ideal for sport specific training as well.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys playing in adult sports leagues. Dodgeball is her favorite. She prides herself on making health a personal lifestyle, not just a career.


Rachel Duvall was a varsity athlete in soccer, basketball, and track throughout high school. She loves to learn as much as she can from the world around her. Rachel is a nature-lover who likes to attend concerts. Fun fact: She was a Juvenile division, NJ State Champion baton twirler.
