Personal Training Assistant Manager
Jim earned his Bachelor of Science degree in health and fitness from Springfield College, and his personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also a certified Functional Movement Screening specialist. Jim’s experience includes over 17 years in corporate fitness, training clients from myriad professions, including research scientists, CEOs, and TV personalities.
He specializes in strength and mobility training, especially for those transitioning to fitness after rehabilitation. An avid golfer, who previously played hockey, ran track, and threw javelin, Jim is skilled at helping athletes excel. He is passionate about motivating his clients to improve their fitness level.
