Back To Life
A comprehensive program to ease chronic low back pain. Includes Pilates, mindfulness techniques, and aerobic and strengthening exercises.
Option of small group or one-on-one. Total of 16 sessions and 8 mind/body classes. Duration: Two Months.
Bariatric
Designed for those working to reduce weight before/after surgery or through medical management. This program incorporates water and land-based exercises, and one mind-body class per week.
Option of small group, semi-private or one-on-one. Total of 16 sessions and 8 mind/body classes. Duration: Two Months.
Cancer
A holistic approach to survivorship that provides supervised exercise, meditation/yoga, education, and support throughout your personal journey. The exercise component specifically accommodates your cancer diagnosis and treatments, with direction and support from your healthcare team. This program is appropriate for most cancer types and stages.
Option of small group, semi-private or one-on-one. Total of 16 sessions and 8 mind/body classes. Duration: Two Months.
Cardiac
Continue your cardiac rehabilitation journey with a supervised, progressive exercise plan without EKG monitoring. This option is ideal for those who have completed rehabilitation or are considered ineligible for a monitored program due to criteria established by their insurance company. Ask about our Cardiac membership.
Option of small group, semi-private or one-on-one. Total of 16 sessions. Duration: Two Months.
Diabetes Exercise
Designed for individuals with type I, type II, or prediabetes. Each exercise program is based on individual needs with guidance from your physicians, a diabetes educator, and other members of your healthcare team.
Option of small group, semi-private or one-on-one. Total of 16 sessions and 8 Group Fitness classes. Duration: Two Months.
ForwardFit
Created to empower breast cancer survivors, using evidence-based exercise programs and integrative wellness methods. This program provides an approach to recovery that strengthens and honors the mind, body, and spirit.
Total of 16 sessions and 8 Group Fitness classes. Duration: Two Months.
PArkinson’s
Supervised exercise and group support designed to help improve your quality-of-life and more effectively manage symptoms. The program is tailored to your individual needs and goals. It is modified for all mobility situations, including those who walk independently as well as those who use a cane or wheelchair
Option of small group, semi-private or one-on-one. Total of 16 sessions and 8 mind/body classes. Duration: Two Months.
Pre-Op Fitness
Improve your fitness level as you prepare for a major surgical procedure. Research demonstrates increasing your fitness level prior to surgery significantly improves post-surgical outcomes. This program was developed under the guidance of physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation professionals.
Total of 3 supervised Small Group exercise sessions a week. Duration: Two to Six Weeks
Revive
Tailored to individuals with one or more of these medical conditions: knee/hip replacement, joint pain, arthritis, and chronic pain syndrome. This program promotes strength, improves balance, and increases functionality. Participants become empowered to be more physically active. This program incorporates water and land-based exercises, with one mind-body class per week.
Physician clearance is required to participate in ReVive. Total of 16 sessions and 8 mind/body classes. Duration: Two Months.
Rock Steady Boxing
Designed to improve functionality and quality-of-life for those with Parkinson’s disease through boxing-inspired exercises. Different levels of classes accommodate each individual’s fitness and mobility. This program is a collaboration between OceanFirst Rehabilitation Center at CentraState and CentraState Fitness & Wellness Center. Each class is taught by a certified RSB instructor and personal trainer.
Options of 4 or 8 sessions per month.
WOMEN’S HEALTH & WELLNESS RETREAT
Small group exercise and health education program specifically designed to provide women with the support needed to address health and fitness challenges unique to their life stage.
Women only, Total of 16 sessions and 8 Group Fitness classes including yoga, Zumba®, aquatics, and meditation with a personalized exercise program.
F.I.T. Club
This teen program boosts self-esteem, social interaction, and overall fitness levels through exercise, education, and support for adolescents who may be experiencing stress, and/or depression, and/or anxiety.
