I joined CentraState after moving back from Los Angeles, where I had lived for 20 years. Fitness has always been my therapy, and I’ve found a renewed passion for boxing through my training sessions with Ralph. He challenges me every week, helping me to become stronger both physically and mentally. His support has been invaluable on my journey. I’m truly grateful for the positive impact he’s had on my life.
