FUN, INCLUSIVE, TEEN-CENTERED TRAINING
Designed to empower adolescents who may be experiencing stress, and/or depression, and/or anxiety.
This program uses exercise, education, and support in order to boost self-esteem, social interaction, and overall fitness levels by having fun with fitness in a safe and supportive environment. F.I.T. Club includes exercise plans focusing mainly on aerobic exercise and active play but also includes elements of resistance and mobility/flexibility training and physical literacy.
F.I.T. Club Program list of potential benefits:
