Linda specializes in total-body strengthening, endurance training, and body toning and sculpting. Her sessions focus on cardiovascular conditioning, and often incorporate circuit and interval techniques.
She is also the Center’s wellness program coordinator. She is inspired by helping those with chronic medical conditions obtain their health and fitness goals while improving overall quality-of-life.
In her free time, Linda enjoys working out. Her personal fitness plan includes frequent challenges to keep progress exciting and fast-paced. She loves spending time with her family and friends, including her fur babies.

Linda’s Success Stories
I’ve been training with Linda for about 15 months. I was a Center member for two years before that but lacked enthusiasm. My work schedule did not allow much time for exercise. I ate meals on the go, and gained weight. Linda approached me one day while I was doing my normal routine. She suggested a trainer evaluation. Immediately, I agreed to it. I am so thankful she approached me that day. Linda has been a fantastic trainer, keeping me motivated and excited to go to the Center three or four times a week. We are a team, working together to help me achieve my goals. With Linda’s help, I lost almost 14 pounds and ran my first 5K. I feel fantastic! I look forward to every training session with Linda. She challenges and encourages me. I feel she is truly invested in my well-being.
For as long as I can remember, I would join a gym, go religiously in the beginning, and then slowly stop. Everything changed in May 2013 during my visit with the Center nurse. I discovered my body weight was composed of more than 39 percent fat! Coming from a family history of heart attacks and strokes, that knowledge provided a wake-up call. Linda help me rectify the situation. She walked me through the orientation process, and gave me exercises tailored to fit my needs and goals. She created exercise routines I found challenging, and changed them often so I wouldn’t get bored. She incorporated new exercises to keep things exciting, like boxing, jump rope, and burpees. She gave me homework for when we weren’t together. She expected me to continue exercising on my own; she was very specific about what she wanted me to do. Since May 2013, I lost 40 pounds. I went from a size 14 to a size 4. It’s been more than 2 years since we started. I have kept off all the weight. This woman changed my outlook on food and exercise. She gave me a new lease on life. This is the best I’ve felt and looked in a long time. I have Linda to thank for that.
I began training with Linda in April 2013. My transformation has been amazing. A combination of proper nutrition and personal training with Linda allowed me to lose 32 pounds. Linda is always professional, timely, and knowledgeable. We train together two days a week. After each session, I’m always confident I had the best workout possible. Linda makes the workouts fun by changing the types of exercises every week. She challenges me to the maximum but knows my limits. We work together to meet my goals. I even recommended Linda to my wife for personal training.
I started training with Linda 1.5 years ago. I was 192 pounds and very discouraged. After two gastric bypass operations, I returned to being overweight. I was discouraged. I chose Linda because of her experience and background. Linda helped me overcome the fear of exercise. I lost about 30 pounds after a year, and then got sick. I gained back some weight. Now, I’m in the process of losing weight with a doctor’s guidance. Linda is a large part of this journey. She is so encouraging and knowledgeable. She will never let me fail. I could not ask for a better trainer. I am thankful to Linda for the hope she has given me. With her help, I know I will succeed.
