Malcolm’s Success Stories
Malcolm is one of the best trainers. He knows what he is doing and makes sure you do as well. As you train with Malcolm, you can feel yourself getting stronger. Malcolm also is a boxer, and that earns him five stars in my book.
Malcolm is my son’s trainer. He realizes the importance of challenging his trainees to reach the next level while simultaneously avoiding injuries. Thank you, Malcolm!
I exercised a lot on my own. However, after I started working out with Malcolm about one year ago, I have gotten stronger and more fit. In my nurse evaluations, all my numbers have improved. He challenges me in a positive way. I am suddenly doing things I never thought I could do. The workouts are always different and never boring. The best thing about personal training with Malcolm is that I am always in a better mood, and have a more positive state-of-mind, when we finish. Working with Malcolm was a great decision! He is always positive and encouraging.
I have used many trainers over the years. Malcolm is the only one who has varied my workouts and challenged me to new levels of fitness. Every time I train with him, he has a new, challenging workout for me. I am never bored or plateauing. For anyone interested in boxing, Malcolm is incredible. Through his skill and knowledge, he has taught me so much. Most importantly, he has allowed me to take out my stress in a safe way!
I’ve been training with Malcolm for over a year, and we’ve never done the same workout twice! He keeps things fresh, challenging, and fun! I compete in obstacle-course races. Malcolm has tailored my workouts to help increase my strength and speed. He also shares great tips on the mental aspect of competition. Malcolm has been an essential component in my fitness journey. I feel so fortunate to have him as my trainer.
I’ve been training with Malcolm for three years now. It’s been fun. I’ve made great progress in my abilities. I’ve been a Center member since 2012 and a member of other gyms before that. This is the first I’ve worked weekly with a personal trainer and it has been so worth it! Malcolm varies the workouts, has great insight regarding physiology, and revises things when I need an adjustment. And, he always gets me to do “just two more reps.”
For two years, I’ve trained with Malcolm. It has been a life-changing experience. Before I met Malcolm, I never liked to exercise. I gained a lot of weight. He helped me enjoy exercising by finding ways to motivate me and make working out fun. While training with Malcolm, I learned a lot about eating healthy and losing weight. He helped me get my life back on track again. I always will be grateful to him!
When I started training with Malcolm a year ago, I was under the care of a spinal surgeon who recommended surgery for my lower back. I have herniated discs, nerve damage, numbness in my leg, and the start of foot drop. I was unable to stand on my toes. My son was getting married, so I wanted to avoid spinal surgery. My goal was to walk down the aisle in my dress heels. I trained with Malcolm regularly. He was so encouraging and patient. He tried different ways to help me strengthen my legs and lower back. I’m happy to report, I walked down the aisle at my son’s wedding in my high-heeled shoes without a problem. Not only can I stand on my toes, I can walk on my toes as well. Malcolm has been there for me every step of the way. There were times when I thought I would quit. However, his motivation, professionalism, sense of humor, skill, and knowledge kept me going. My doctor cannot believe how far I’ve come since last year. He no longer recommends surgery. He wants me to continue training with Malcolm. I look forward to our Sunday morning training. I just signed up for Pilates reformer at Malcolm’s encouragement. Thanks, Malcolm. You are the best!
