I’ve been training with Malcolm for three years now. It’s been fun. I’ve made great progress in my abilities. I’ve been a Center member since 2012 and a member of other gyms before that. This is the first I’ve worked weekly with a personal trainer and it has been so worth it! Malcolm varies the workouts, has great insight regarding physiology, and revises things when I need an adjustment. And, he always gets me to do “just two more reps.”
