I exercised a lot on my own. However, after I started working out with Malcolm about one year ago, I have gotten stronger and more fit. In my nurse evaluations, all my numbers have improved. He challenges me in a positive way. I am suddenly doing things I never thought I could do. The workouts are always different and never boring. The best thing about personal training with Malcolm is that I am always in a better mood, and have a more positive state-of-mind, when we finish. Working with Malcolm was a great decision! He is always positive and encouraging.
