W.I.T.S. – C.P.T., I.S.S.A. – C.P.T. and CPR/first aid certification through American Red Cross.

Total Body Workouts, Core Strength, Functional Training, HIIT and Women ages 40-50 years old. In addition, I have ten years experience working with individuals with Multiple Sclerosis.

I am an avid exerciser and enjoy swimming, surfing, and ice-skating in my free time. I also like to travel, especially to beach destinations.

Why did you go into Personal Training?
I am a lifelong exerciser and I want to share my passion for this lifestyle and the benefit with others. We are only given one body in this life. I strive to help my clients care for it with fitness programs created especially for them. I enjoy helping members improve their health and smile frequently.
