I have a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and Purple Belt in Goju Ryu. I have also won the Regional Instructor of Excellence Award in Tae Kwon Do. I was one of the Head Instructors of the Martial Arts Club at Towson University and qualified for the NJ State and US National Tae Kwon Do Tournaments.

Adam’s Success Stories
I used to exercise at home. I was not very interested in the gym. Adam changed my mind. He guides me. He shows me where improvement is needed, and teaches me how to achieve it. And, he makes fitness great fun! He is always in a good mood. His big smile and positive attitude help everyone try their best.
All my life, I’ve loved the idea of doing martial arts and boxing. While growing up, I took advantage of every chance I got to perform one of them. But, I never really got into it properly. Once I joined the Center, Adam became my trainer and my goals and dreams quickly started coming true. He asked me what I wanted from my time at the Center. I told him I wanted to be healthy and strong, and that I wanted to fight. He said, “Just my thing.” From then on, all I wanted was to go to the Center and train with Adam. He has taught me so much about everything, mainly about myself and my capabilities. He turned my self-doubt into confidence. He has been a very influential part of my life since I became a member. He teaches me how to keep my chin up and move forward while ensuring I am not too hard on myself. Adam genuinely cares about his clients. He always makes me laugh. Sometimes, I’m sure I got my strong abs from the laughing. Adam makes sure you’re happy with the exercises as well as simultaneously feeling a good burn. I never thought joining a fitness facility could change my life and perspective so drastically. It has, mainly because Adam is my trainer. I am able to feel completely comfortable in his presence. He has helped turn me into the person I always wanted to be. I owe it all to him. I wouldn’t be where I am, or who I am, without him. I’m super thankful for Adam for everything he has done for me.
