Tracy is a member of the Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher organization, through which she also is certified. Tracy is comprehensively trained through Balanced Body in Reformer 1, 2, 3; Apparatus 1, 2, and 3 (tower, chair, and barrel); Mat 1 and 2; and Anatomy.
She is a certified Group Fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, and BodyFlow instructor through Les Mills™. Additionally, Tracy is a PiYo gold-status certified instructor, willPower & grace certified, and Arthritis Foundation certified in aquatics instruction. Skills acquired through her Buff Bones certification allow her to provide excellent fitness help to members with osteoporosis.
Tracy shares a warm welcome to all who visit the Pilates studio. She is excited to evolve your workout with the power of Pilates.
