Kyle believes in a comprehensive approach to fitness; he likes to engage members with a variety of exercises and activities. To do this, he earned numerous fitness certifications. He is a certified Pilates reformer instructor through Balanced Body; swim instructor, water safety instructor, and lifeguard through the American Red Cross where he also obtained his CPR/AED/first aid certification.
Kyle’s history in athletics, along with his education and experience, help him create personalized fitness programs to meet the diverse needs of the Center’s membership. He has a passion for helping others. Kyle enjoys the rewards of being able to motivate positive change in the lives of his clients.
