Why did you go into Personal Training?
In 1998, I was in a bus accident where I suffered a traumatic brain injury and was not given great odds. After surviving, I had to go through 6 months of physical rehab and wore a helmet for 2 years. After rehab, I had to see a cognitive therapist after school for 7 years. They said I would never go to high school, never go to college, and never be able to compete in sports. It was a serious blow, but with the support of my family and friends, I was able to get the help I needed and work through my disability. I finally overcame it and have the success I have today. I love to bring hope, direction and help people the way I was supported all my life.
