Adam earned his Associate of Arts degree in liberal arts from Brookdale Community College. From there, he studied physical education and health education at Towson University. Adam is a certified personal trainer through the National Personal Training Institute. He is a certified corrective exercise specialist and mixed martial arts conditioning specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, where he also is certified in hardstyle kettlebell training and TRX suspension training. Adam is a certified balance and stability specialist through the National Continuing Education Institution, with certification in CPR/AED through the American Heart Association.
His extensive education is complemented by an impressive professional background. Adam has worked with various special populations, including post-rehabilitation exercisers and those with diabetes and Parkinson’s disease.
His experience includes over 20 years of successful experience in martial arts and boxing, evidenced by his blackbelt degree in Taekwondo and purple belt ranking in Goju Ryu. While studying at Towson, Adam was one of the head instructors of the martial arts club. He won numerous awards, including the Regional Instructor of Excellence Award in Taekwondo; he qualified for the New Jersey State and United States National Tournaments.
