From Pilates to cycle, plan every visit to satisfy your mood and energy level. Select your class journey from our group fitness schedule, designed to offer a variety of classes at a variety of times, where you will find our talented and nationally certified group fitness instructors ready to give you the best class experience. All group fitness instructors must hold a general Group Fitness certification such as AFAA and all of our yoga instructors must hold a certification that requires a minimum of 200 training hours. For questions on specific modalities, please inquire.

Group Fitness classes provide accountability and structure. Under the direction of a fitness professional, you are assured a balanced workout in a set amount of time. You can do the same class a few times a week or vary it. A Group Fitness instructor can help advance your fitness level with directions on when and how to intensify the routine. Of course, this can be done at your own pace.

Our Group Fitness team is passionate about fitness and wellness as a lifestyle. They enjoy sharing that with our members.
We offer a large variety of classes each week in our Centers, including bootcamp, boxing, HIIT, yoga, Pilates mat, T’ai Chi, Zumba®, aquatics strength and cardio, cycle, and Les Mills™ programming. Our Group Fitness team also hosts specialized workshops from Feldenkrais, boxing, and Melt as well as supports members in activity-driven challenges to encourage participation.
