Patrick helps me fight back against age, aches and pains, and multiple orthopedic surgeries. For me, Patrick’s background in physical therapy is his greatest strength. He helps me improve my strength and balance while reducing my pain. He listens well, asks pertinent questions, and carefully observes movement. The workouts he creates are cohesive. They complement, rather than duplicate, what I do in Group Fitness classes. He builds from one set of exercises to another as I master a skill set. In addition, Patrick is always positive and supportive. I have a long way to go. I am confident Patrick can help me get there!
