After two knee surgeries and months of physical therapy, I had made little progress. I joined the Center and was assigned Trainer Cole. Working with Cole made a huge difference in my recovery. His patience, expertise, and knowledge make him a great Personal Trainer. I looked forward to the workouts several times weekly. His plan for me is one I will continue to pursue on my own.
