I could not have asked for a more caring, knowledgeable, friendly person and trainer than Neil. He has strong leadership skills, and always motivates others to become healthy. Neil is great at creating a diet and exercises according to the client’s routine. I wanted some direction for refreshing my workout program. Neil evaluated me and my situation and came up with a challenging strength program that I could follow when the sessions ended. I felt better, looked better, and was inspired again after a short time. I was very impressed and had a great experience.
