Save the date for our Fitness Festival featuring a Free Day of Fitness and Heart & Sole Health Fair!

Health Fair: from 11:00am–2:00pm

Celebrate heart-healthy living with two great events!

Enjoy a FREE Day of Fitness from 7:00am to 5:00pm with complimentary access to our state-of-the-art Fitness Center.

Plus, join us for fun during our Heart & Sole Health Fair from 11:00am to 2:00pm, including FREE fitness classes, CPR demos, health screenings, vendors, children’s activities, Pilates Reformer demos, raffles, and more!

Want to participate and contribute to a cause? Join our indoor Walk-a-Thon on our treadmills! Reserve your treadmill with a donation of $20 per 30 minutes.
