I am relatively new to Pilates, but here are my initial impressions:
1) Each session emphasizes exercises to progressively improve my flexibility, strength, mobility, and coordination in a safe and comfortable environment.
2) My trainer, Jodi, helps me focus my mind and body to perform these exercises carefully. I’m gaining new awareness of my body and an appreciation of the ability to control my movements during my sessions.
3) I leave each Pilates session feeling great and looking forward to my next session!
