Initially, I approached Jodi for short-term personal training while I recovered from major spinal surgery complications. The results have been so incredible, and she is such a motivator, that I have been working with her on a weekly basis for a year and a half now. Jodi does an amazing job at encouraging me. The innovative workouts are customized to my individual abilities, limitations, and goals. She plans the workouts in advance and tailors them to my individual needs. She checks on me via text in between sessions to see how I feel. Then, she adjusts my next workout accordingly. Jodi is very knowledgeable about fitness, strength training, nutrition, and health. As a result of training with her, I have achieved better strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance. I have exceeded my own expectations as well as that of my doctor. I am so grateful to Jodi. I plan to continue training with her on a weekly basis.
