I joined the Center in 2017. I realized I needed help to achieve my fitness goals. I sought the expertise of a personal trainer and met Patrick. I found him extremely knowledgeable and patient. He motivates me each week to work toward my overall health and wellness goals. I feel stronger now. I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with Patrick’s guidance.
