Patrick has been my trainer for a little more than nine months. I am very happy with the results: weight loss, muscle gain, and a boost in confidence. I learned new weightlifting techniques, cardio exercises, and warm-up drills. In the time Patrick has been my trainer, I increased the amount of races I typically run. I also signed up for my first half marathon. Patrick taught me the importance of stretching, recovery, and working areas runners need in order to excel. With his training, my pace has gotten faster and my recovery time has decreased. Additionally, Patrick is very knowledgeable in strength training and conditioning. He knew the answers to all my questions, and shared explanations. You can tell he is passionate about fitness. He encourages you to be your best. You’ll have fun seeing the progress.
