New to the area, I arrived in NJ after two hip replacements, two documented blood clots, and a variety of other physical challenges. An angel was placed in my life; her name is Barbara. She has helped me regain my mobility and increase my strength. She has provided me an arena within which I have gained security and self-confidence. Her professional knowledge is exceptional and exemplary. She encourages progress. She motivates me to continue a healthy lifestyle, and value exercise as an integral part of my future. The smile on my face remains because CentraState Fitness & Wellness Center is so well run. The Center had the wisdom to hire an exceptional individual to make experiences here wonderful!
