When I began working with Barbara, I lacked strength and flexibility in my shoulders and knees. Plus, I had trouble walking for more than 15 minutes. I also had balance issues. After training with Barbara over the past two years, I have gained strength and flexibility in my shoulders and knees. I can use the treadmill and elliptical machine for 20 minutes each (for a total of 40 minutes per workout about three times per week). My balance issues are much improved. I can stand on one leg, bend to touch my toes, and then stand straight again – all without losing my balance. Barbara is a wonderful trainer and mentor/coach. I do not want to consider where I might be physically if I had not started training with Barbara.
