Training with Kyle helped me improve my health and overall fitness. Kyle is a good listener. He personalizes fitness plans for me and my goals. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Kyle is personable and always makes me feel comfortable. He focuses on correct form and monitors me closely. As a result, I feel safe and confident, even when working out on my own or in a Group Fitness class. He is a great motivator. He is encouraging and challenging. He makes the sessions fun, and always ends on a positive. Kyle explains the purpose of each exercise. He varies workouts to keep them interesting, which is not necessary because an hour session goes by quickly with Kyle. I joined the Center last year. I was recently retired, out of shape, and overwhelmed about how to change. Thanks to Kyle’s guidance, I am closer to achieving my goals. I lost weight and inches, and gained muscles, energy, and confidence. I increased my strength and endurance while improving balance, coordination, and flexibility. I feel better than I have in years. I think Kyle is as vested in my success as I am! I look forward to continuing our training.
