The Women’s Health & Wellness Retreat is specifically designed to provide women with the education and support needed to address health and fitness challenges unique to their life stage, and provide the tools for positive change.
Program Highlights Include:
- An initial health assessment, which includes blood pressure, body composition, and functional movement assessment
- Woman-only Small Group Training two times a week
- Multiple Group Fitness classes, including yoga, Zumba®, aquatics, and meditation
- Personalized exercise program
- Goal-setting, accountability, and group support
- Health education topics, such as healthy nutrition, stress management, and cardiovascular wellness.
$199 non-members, $99 members.
