Personal Trainer Linda is working toward her Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science, with a concentration in sports management and fitness and wellness, from California University of Pennsylvania. She earned her personal training certifications from the World Instructor Training Schools and the International Sports Sciences Association. She also is certified by the National Association of Speed & Explosion.
Linda specializes in total body strengthening, endurance training, and body toning and sculpting. Her sessions focus on cardiovascular conditioning, and often incorporate circuit and interval techniques. She also is skilled at helping her clients achieve and maintain a healthy body weight.
In her free time, Linda enjoys working out. Her personal fitness plan includes frequent challenges to keep progress exciting and fast-paced. She loves spending time with her family and friends, including her two Shih Tzus: Lola and Desi.
Linda strives to help members be their best through fun, productive time on the Exercise Floor.
