Starting April 13th, try BodyPump, BodyAttack, BodyCombat, BodyFlow, CXWORX. LES MILLS programs are updated every three months with new choreography, music, and instructions to ensure classes are fresh, up-to-date, and in line with the latest research to create a powerful Group Fitness experience every time.

In this class, you will have your exercise form audited for the first 15 minutes to help you maximize great form and get a greater return for your workout! BODYPUMP, the original LES MILLS barbell class, will sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body, fast!

Sunday, April 19 – Kids TRX Group & Launch

11:30am – 12:00pm | Ages 12-15 | Studio 2 or 3
TRX training is a fun, challenging way to improve your child’s stability, strength, and cardiovascular conditioning in a small group setting. For kids of all fitness levels!
