Personal Trainer Andrew helps members release the best version of themselves on the Exercise Floor and beyond. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science, sports, and wellness. He is a certified personal trainer through the World Instructor Training Schools and the National Academy of Sports Medicine, with certification in CPR/AED and TRX, level 1 training.
Andrew specializes in strength training, whether for bodybuilding or toting around grandkids. He is also skilled at helping his clients accomplish weight loss goals. He incorporates circuit training for maximum results, and utilizes corrective exercises when needed.
Andrew likes to spend free time playing basketball and reading. He also works on his own bodybuilding efforts.
