“My personal health needs influenced my start in the fitness industry. The benefits I achieved from taking fitness classes inspired me to learn more about physical training. This led me to become a Group Fitness instructor. I was surprised to find instructing felt so natural. I was motivated by the people in my classes to become even more proficient. The gratification of helping others become physically fit has been an inspiration. It continues to be a humbling experience.”
