Bio: Candace earned her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Rutgers University. She is a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Candace also is certified in CPR/AED from the Red Cross, and is a licensed emergency medical technician through the State of New Jersey. She earned her certification in nutritional counseling from Adair Fitness + Nutrition, Inc.
With extensive experience in personal training, Candace is qualified to help with a variety of training needs. She enjoys assisting her clients as they improve everything from sports performance to daily functional movement. She specializes in strength training, core training, increasing agility, and cardiovascular training. A lifelong athlete, Candace energizes workout sessions by occasionally incorporating boxing techniques.
Candace practices organic living and nutrition. She researches Western medicine and homeopathic healing. She enjoys meditation, reading, exercising, and listening to music. Candace has participated in several fitness summits and events. Chocolate chip cookies are her favorite food. Fun fact: Candace is a former state trooper.
