Richard Mazzella
Richard unexpectedly required quadruple bypass surgery. Unlike many recovering from a cardiac event, he is not afraid to give workouts his all. He is comforted by the peace-of-mind gained from his personal trainer’s continuous monitoring.
Today, Richard spends longer on the treadmill, and at three times the speed, than when he began. His hard work helped his recovery, as well as his overall health. Richard’s new goal is to exercise independently, gain more strength, and try yoga.
His wake-up call was frightening. However, Richard is stronger now than ever.
