Monday
10:00am – 10:30am Piloxing Knockout – Studio 3: featuring Barbara Mascialino (Yes, she’s back!)

PILOXING KNOCKOUT is a mega-watt workout that tests your endurance and challenges you beyond expectation. This is a high-intensity, plyometric, functional core-centric program.

10:30am – 11:00am P90X – Studio 3: featuring Barbara M.

P90X is a total-body conditioning class with powerful results! Options include use of weights, resistance bands, or bodyweight. Modifications to the exercises allow members of all levels to enjoy this class.

11:00am Zumba® – Studio 3: featuring Barbara M.

11:00am – 12:00pm Mind Body Aqua – Therapy Pool: featuring our very popular Joyce

Tuesday

6:15am – 7:15am Yoga – Studio 2: featuring Toral

5:00pm – 6:30pm Ballroom Dance – Studio 1: featuring Amanda, the Ballroom Wizard!

Wednesday

10:00am – 11:00am Pound Fitness – Studio 3: featuring Barbara M.

POUND is a full-body cardio jam session. It combines light resistance with constant simulated drumming. This workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics, and isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen, and sculpt infrequently used muscles. Drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique while rocking to motivating music!

11:00am – 12:00pm LaBlast® Fitness/Zumba® Toning (Class will alternate weekly.) – Studio 3: featuring Barbara M.

LaBlast® is an exciting interval cardio dance workout based on performances from Dancing with the Stars. Learn the true skills of dance! This class is completely partner free and uses a wide variety of music. LaBlast® also incorporates strength training with weights in Viennese Waltz, Merengue, and Rumba.

Thursday

11:00am – 11:30am Zumba® Step – Studio 3: featuring our very popular Cheryl G.

Take lower-body workouts and calorie burning to new heights with Zumba® Step, the newest Zumba® program. Tone and strengthen glutes and legs with a blend of Zumba routines and step aerobics. Gets maximum results without losing the easy-to-follow fitness-party style!

11:30am – Zumba® Toning – Studio 3: featuring Cheryl G.

This specialty course blends body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba(R) moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training experience. Learn how to use weighted, maraca-like Zumba(R) toning sticks to enhance rhythm, build strength, and tone.

Friday

1:00pm – 2:00pm Mind Body Aqua – Therapy Pool: featuring Joyce

Saturday

9:00am – 10:00am Zumba®/ LaBlast® (Class will alternate weekly.) – Studio 3: featuring Barbara M.

Sunday

10:00am – 11:00am PiYo – Studio 1: featuring Andrea

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. We crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.
