Better monitor your form and all details of your workout! New mirrors will be installed on Thursday, February 5 to maximize your experience in the free weight area. Additionally, new equipment in the free weight area will arrive on Friday, February 6 to enhance your strength training program.
Mirror installation is set for Thursday, February 5 from 10:00am to 4:00pm. A portion of the free weight area will be secured during this time.
Installation of free weight equipment is scheduled for Friday, February 6 from 8:00am to 4:00pm. For your safety, the area will be closed during this time. We will open it earlier if work is completed prior to 4:00pm.
If possible, please plan your workouts around these minor disruptions.
