CentraState Fitness & Wellness Center hosts Louis van Amstel, three-time world Latin Dance champion, Dancing with the Stars celebrity, and creator of LaBlast Fitness®.
Freehold, N.J. (June 8, 2017)—Center members will experience fun, motivating dance fitness moves from national celebrity Louis van Amstel. Long-time participants in LaBlast Fitness® can now enjoy this dance workout as only its creator can teach it.
This high-energy, inspired class will include the diverse dance forms of LaBlast Fitness®, from the latest hip hop combinations to kick-up-your-heels country! Cha-Cha, Samba, and Rumba are only a few of the styles incorporated in this dance fitness fest.
Members will be wearing their brightest smiles. It’s their turn to shine and dance like the stars!
