Bio:
Personal Trainer Philip earned his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise physiology from Rowan University. His experience includes two years working in a rehabilitation setting, where he assisted with in-patient and out-patient needs. He was the assistant athletic trainer for the Rowan University volleyball team. Philip provided sports performance training at a local facility prior to joining the Center’s team.
Philip relies on functional movement screening (FMS) to create a foundation for each of his clients. From there, he focuses on strengths and weakness to help members build a stronger, healthier body. He specializes in advanced sports training, yet is happy to help train for the daily game of life. Motivating and delivering results is what Philip does best.
In his free time, Philip enjoys playing baseball, soccer, football, and basketball. He is a huge fan of the Great Outdoors. He likes to relax with family and friends.
Through transformative exercise programs, Philip is dedicated to helping members become the person they truly want to be.
