The Women’s Health & Wellness Retreat is specifically designed to provide women with the education and support they need to address health and fitness challenges that are unique to their life stage and provide the tools for behavior change.

Program Highlights Include:
• An initial health assessment which includes blood glucose, blood pressure, body composition, and functional movement assessment
• Women’s only, small group training two times a week
• Multiple group exercise classes including yoga, Zumba®, aquatics, and meditation
• Personalized exercise program
• Goal-setting, accountability, and group support
• Health education topics such as healthy nutrition, stress management, and cardiovascular wellness.

No membership required. Affordable pricing!
$199 non-members, $99 members.
