A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Personal Trainer Tammi invests her energy in helping others recognize its benefits. She earned her personal training certification from the World Instructor Training Schools.
Tammi’s exercise programs focus on traditional weightlifting and cardio fitness. She customizes full-body workouts to fit the diverse needs of Center members. She helps her clients reach–and build– goals, one training session at a time.
When not helping members, Tammi enjoys her own workouts. She loves spending time on the beach and participating in water sports. You also will find her passing free time with a good book.
Beyond creating effective workouts, Tammi strives to help her clients develop overall healthier lifestyles.
