Personal Trainer Kyle Derespinis earned his Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology, with a Minor in biology, from Manhattan College. He is a certified exercise physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. He is a certified Pilates reformer instructor through Balanced Body, and swim instructor through the American Red Cross.
In high school, Kyle was a varsity swimmer and bowler who proceeded to become a duel division-one athlete in swimming and golf. In addition to training on the Fitness Floor, he also is the coach for the Center’s swim team.
Kyle’s history in athletics, along with his education and experience, help him create personalized fitness programs to meet the diverse needs of the Center’s membership. He has a passion for helping others. Kyle enjoys the rewards of being able to motivate positive change in the lives of his clients.

Staying motivated is the most difficult challenge of wellness programs. In addition to Kyle’s personalized attention to my fitness goals, he actually makes my training experience fun!
