Kevin Sanbeg

Kevin SanbegKevin shares a wealth of knowledge with Center members stemming from 25 years in the exercise industry. Through his personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, he knows exactly what is involved in delivering exceptional results for clients. Sharing that with members, Kevin assures a productive time on the Exercise Floor. Prior to following his passion for fitness, Kevin had a successful 22-year career in the financial industry on Wall Street.

When not working with his clients, Kevin can be found doing his own training routine. He is interested in bodybuilding.

His goal is to help members’ exceed theirs. Whether interested in boosting athletic performance, benefiting from corrective exercise, or preventing injuries, Kevin provides expert insight customized to fit your needs. He strives to continuously demonstrate the benefits of exercise and its outcome of living the healthiest life possible.

About four years ago, my doctors advised me to weight train. I attempted this on my own without success. I decided to find a trainer, so I observed the Center trainers.
