Achieve your fitness goals the correct way with Personal Trainer John. Currently, he is finishing his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science at Rutgers University. He earned his personal training certifications from ACTION and the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association. John has his Functional Movement Screening certification. He is CPR/AED certified through the American Red Cross.
He enjoys creating sport specific programs for athletes as well as challenging fitness routines for those looking to improve at the game of life. He is also skilled at helping members continue their fitness journey after rehabilitation or injury.
John’s favorite sports are soccer and baseball. He likes to spend free time relaxing with friends or embarking on exciting adventures.
