Encouraged by her personal trainer, personal trainer Jeanne Hiles earned her own training certification through the American Council on Exercise. She is a lifelong fitness enthusiast whose passion shows on the Exercise Floor.
Jeanne specializes in functional training to improve everyday movement and prevent injuries. She often incorporates kettlebells into her sessions for a full-body workout. Jeanne’s goal is to make fitness fun, safe, and effective.
Her hobbies include running, hiking, and bowling. She enjoys fishing but dislikes baiting her fishhook. Fun fact: Jeanne knows how to make lace, juggle, knit, and fold Origami birds to amuse children.
Jeanne thrives at the Center where members are fun, wonderful people who work hard to accomplish great things. She loves helping improve their lives and experiencing their joy as they do this.
