Dayna earned her personal training certification through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. She is also certified in hardstyle kettlebells, TRX training, and CPR/AED. Currently, Dayna attends Montclair State University where she studies physical education, health, and special education.
Certified in kettlebell and TRX training, Dayna often uses these dynamic workout methods to benefit a variety of fitness needs. She enjoys creating fun, effective exercise programs so her clients can quickly recognize results and be further motivated. Dayna specializes in plyometric workouts, which teach the body to perform with agility and full force. She emphasizes cardiovascular and strength training, focusing on core conditioning.
In her free time, Dayna loves exercising, especially outdoors. Her favorites include walking, biking, running, swimming, and boating. She likes spending time at the beach, and cooking and baking.
