Dayna earned her Bachelor of Science degree in health and physical education, and her Master’s in Teaching for teaching students with disabilities, from Montclair State University. She is a personal trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. She is also certified in hardstyle kettlebells, TRX training, and CPR/AED.
Certified in kettlebell and TRX training, Dayna often uses these dynamic workout methods to benefit a variety of fitness needs. She enjoys creating fun, effective exercise programs so her clients can quickly recognize results and be further motivated. Dayna specializes in plyometric workouts, which teach the body to perform with agility and full force. She often combines bursts of cardiovascular work in between strength training. Dayna focues on core conditioning and glute training.
In her free time, Dayna loves exercising, especially outdoors. Her favorites include walking, biking, running, swimming, and boating. She likes spending time at the beach, and cooking and baking. Dayna prefers healthy homemade food and always looks forward to dessert.
