What Cleo’s Clients Say:
I am a 62-year-old woman who informed Cleo of my health issues. I had stage 2 hypertension, arthritic knees, fibromyalgia, and osteoporosis. With a plan of one-hour sessions twice a week, we began training. My blood pressure went from 185/110 to 112/80 thanks to Cleo’s encouragement to work out on the treadmill and Stairmaster, along with an improved diet. Each session, she teaches me new exercises to keep me challenged. She knows the fine line between pushing too hard and “bringing the burn.”
I no longer need to take medication for osteoporosis. Cleo knows her stuff. Her smile, enthusiasm, love for her job, and knowledge bring me back to the Center for our sessions, which truly have helped me. Cleo is a true inspiration.
I joined the Center in August 2014, and started working with my trainer, Cleo. Working with Cleo is a joy. She has an upbeat, positive attitude. She keeps me motivated with new challenges, which increase my stamina and strength. I lost 26 pounds over the past year and have increased my lean muscle mass. Working with Cleo has kept me focused and able to continue meeting my goals!
It has been a pleasure working with Cleo. Her enthusiasm for physical fitness, and positive attitude, have transformed my life! I look forward to each workout with Cleo. I surpassed my fitness goals. With Cleo’s customized fitness plan, I was able to lose weight and gain confidence. I also developed a love for physical fitness!
As a newly retired individual, one of my primary goals was to focus on adopting a holistic wellness lifestyle, incorporating mental positivity, healthy nutrition, and physical fitness. Like many who are caught up in the hectic routine of working long hours and raising a family, I neglected this aspect of my life for many years. During my annual physical, my doctor suggested I join a gym to mitigate the loss of muscle mass that often comes with aging, and help alleviate the annoying lower back pain I started to experience. I followed my doctor’s advice and joined the Center. I never belonged to a gym, so I decided it was best to work with a personal trainer. Center staff introduced me to Personal Trainer Cleo. Four months later, Cleo has made a profound positive impact on my goal to live well each day of my life. From the initial exploratory sessions, which included discovery, goal setting, and assessment, Cleo immediately put me at ease with her knowledge of exercise science and anatomy, superb communication skills, and infectious upbeat personality. We determined twice weekly, one-hour training sessions would put me in great shape to help accomplish my goals. For each session, Cleo carefully designs a customized program tailored to my individual needs, capabilities, and progress to date. Most importantly, Cleo always creates workouts that are fun, challenging, and varied, in a safe and effective manner. She is a wonderful teacher who is always patient, encouraging, and enthusiastic. Cleo has inspired me to go to the Center five days a week. After only four months, my scorecard versus my initial benchmark measurements reads like this: substantial percentage increase in lean muscle mass, decrease in body fat, and lower blood pressure. Thanks, Cleo!
