Bridget Concato

Bridget ConcatoBridget earned her Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science and sports studies from Rutgers University. She furthered her education with a selection of core athletic training courses from West Chester University and physical education studies from Kean University. Bridget spent seven years as a certified, licensed athletic trainer at Colts Neck High School and two years as a physical education/health teacher. She is CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association.

Bridget considers it a privilege to witness an individual benefit from her training skills. She uses the Functional Movement Screening tool to identify imbalances in muscle strength and range-of-motion. Functional movement, balance, and coordination are pillars to her training identity. She strives to help her clients accomplish unity among all three to establish a strong foundation of wellness. Her athletic and teaching experience makes her an ideal choice for members wanting sport-specific training, or a little extra coaching and motivation.

In her free time, Bridget enjoys hiking, fishing, camping, and painting. She loves to cook and bake. Bridget is happiest when busy and learning new things.

Her philosophy: We make a living by what we get; we make a life by what we give. She is excited to experience the joy of helping her clients accomplish a healthier life through fitness.
