I came from cardiac rehabilitation at CentraState Medical to the Center in 2014. I was introduced to Jeanine. Immediately, I knew I had the right trainer for me. I was 15 pounds heavier then, and all my fitness numbers were way off. Jeanine put me on the right track. She is a positive person, a joy to be around. She knows your goals and is very instrumental in helping you reach them. I am grateful to have a trainer as dedicated as Jeanine. She always looks for the best in people. Regretfully, I will be absent from the Center for a short while to have hip-replacement surgery. However, I look forward to training with Jeanine upon my return. She inspires me to do my best. I have come a long way and I owe it all to her. Thank you, Jeanine.

I joined the Center in January 2014. Within a couple weeks, I started training with Phil who helped me along my fitness journey. Losing weight and changing my body composition was the result of his knowledge. Phil helped build me from scratch. I was so out of shape. Now, I am active every day! Before joining the Center, I did not have energy and my flexibility was limited. I struggled with obesity. Today, I enjoy training with Phil a couple times weekly, which I supplement with Cycling class, jumping rope, biking, and hiking trails. I love swimming laps and Boxing class, all of which were encouraged by Phil. I confidently say I am in the best shape of my life now. I am grateful to Phil for his mentoring. He continuously creates new workouts so I never get complacent. He keeps it fresh and fun while building rapid strength and outstanding fitness. Phil also helped me prepare for my first 5K run last summer, and accompanied me. I never thought such an event would be possible! Thank you, Phil, for my new life! This is a lifestyle, and I will continue to evolve from it.

I was introduced to Jeanine through my dad, Richard Blunt, who trained with her for a year. When I expressed my desire to get healthy, he immediately put me in touch with her. Her support and constant dedication helped me become stronger at every appointment. When I began, I was not able to lift weights at all. I constantly doubted my ability to ever lift something heavier than five pounds. She changed that. Three months later, I have grown stronger and can lift six times more than when I began. Now, I’m off to college, but I won’t forget the techniques Jeanine taught me. I plan to use those techniques at my school’s gym. I can’t wait to return in the winter to train with her once again.

I have been training with Howard for approximately six months. He is an excellent trainer. He is extremely focused and always professional. I used to feel intimidated when working out at a gym. I was accustomed to exercising in a home gym for many years. Howard made this transition easy for me. He helped me build upper-body strength, muscle, and confidence. I look forward to expanding my routine and being challenged even more. I appreciate his expertise.

I knew when I joined the Center two years ago I needed guidance to help me build strength and increase flexibility. Working with the training staff has been the best decision to help me reach those goals. Phil is a great motivator. We work on a program to build my core strength. He introduced me to mobility exercises, which help improve my flexibility. I am continually amazed at what I accomplish as a result of Phil’s guidance. Phil assures I do each exercise correctly to help prevent injuries. I cannot neglect to mention his warm personality and encouraging attitude. Sometimes, it’s difficult to get to the Center, but I feel so much better after our workouts!
