Join us for a fun-filled evening of healthy eating tips for kids and parents. Family members will be treated to a cooking demonstration of kid-friendly snacks by the culinary students of Freehold Borough High School, complete with tasting samples for the kids!
Rachel Tansey, Family & Community Health Sciences Program Associate for the Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Monmouth County, will also be on hand to provide practical advice and handouts on healthy eating for children and families.
